You are responsible for your account, your sign-in credentials, and activity that occurs through your account.
- You must provide accurate information when creating and maintaining your account.
- You may not use another person’s account without authorization.
- We may refuse registration, suspend access, or require verification when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.
3. The Service
KeepUpClass is a study workspace for lecture materials. Features may include PDF upload and viewing, page-level notes, AI explanations and summaries, exports, sharing links, and billing management.
We may add, remove, update, or limit features from time to time. Some features may be available only in certain plans, languages, jurisdictions, or deployments.
4. User Content and Acceptable Use
You retain ownership of content you upload or create in the service. You grant KeepUpClass a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, transmit, display, and adapt that content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, improve, and support the service.
- You must have the rights needed to upload, analyze, export, and share the content you submit.

- You may not use the service in a way that is unlawful, deceptive, harmful, abusive, or that interferes with the service or other users.
- You may not upload content you do not have the right to use, copy, or share.
- Attempting to bypass plan limits, security controls, or technical restrictions.
- Using the service to distribute malware, spam, unlawful content, or infringing material.
- Reverse engineering, scraping, or automated access that is not expressly allowed.
- Interfering with the normal operation, integrity, or security of the service.
5. AI Features
AI explanations, summaries, OCR-assisted analysis, and related outputs are generated automatically and may be incomplete, inaccurate, biased, or unsuitable for your specific needs.
The service does not provide academic, medical, legal, accounting, or other professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated output before relying on it, submitting it, or sharing it.
6. Paid Plans, Billing, and Refunds
Some features require a paid subscription. Prices, plan limits, billing cycle, and renewal terms are shown in the pricing interface or at checkout.
If a subscription is disclosed as auto-renewing, it renews until canceled. You may manage cancellation through the service or the billing provider before the next renewal date.
Fees are refundable only where required by law or where a refund is expressly offered in the applicable checkout flow, plan terms, or written policy.
7. Suspension, Termination, and Changes
We may suspend or limit access to the service for maintenance, security, technical failures, legal reasons, or violations of these Terms. Where appropriate, we may provide notice, but we may act without notice when immediate action is reasonably necessary.
You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion through available service controls or by contacting us.
We may update the service or these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will update the date above and provide additional notice where required by law.
8. Intellectual Property
KeepUpClass, including its software, design, branding, and materials provided by us, is protected by intellectual property laws.
Except for the limited rights needed to use the service under these Terms, no rights in KeepUpClass intellectual property are granted to you.
9. Disclaimers and Liability
The service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect security, or error-free results.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KeepUpClass is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, goodwill, or data arising from or related to the service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, and nothing in these Terms overrides mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
